We do not collect your contacts, personal messages, or precise GPS location.

2. Where Your Data Is Stored

All app data is securely stored with Apple CloudKit. We do not operate our own servers. Apple provides encryption and safeguards for your data.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide app features (fitness tracking, syncing across devices).
• To improve performance and reliability.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising or marketing.

4. Sharing

Your data is not shared outside Apple’s CloudKit infrastructure, unless required by law.

5. Your Choices

• You may request deletion of your data at any time via support or available in‑app options.
• Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your data; you must request removal from CloudKit.

6. Children’s Privacy

Chi is not designed for children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the app without parental permission.

7. Security

We rely on Apple’s industry‑standard encryption and security measures. While no system is 100% secure, we take steps to safeguard your data.
